This adapter fits on the rear cell of the 127, 150 and 180mm Maks from Orion and Skywatcher to allow the use of your 2" and T-thread accessories. Adapter has male SCT Schmidt threads that accept SCT focal reducers, adapters and diagonals. While the Maks don't have a 2" light path, you can now use your existing goodies with the scope. The ring is shown silver on the Starmax 127 for clarity, but is black anodized aluminum. Interior is threaded for light baffling, 0.6" height, 2.1" max diameter. Telescope and diagonal not included! Does not fit Meade ETX's or some Celestron Maks, but does fit the Celestron C90 Mak and Nexstar 127 SLT Mak. Check the diameter of your scope's male threads, #SMSA fits 44.5mm threads. Does not fit new style Skywatcher 180mm Maks with 66mm diameter visual back! Measure your scope threads! Does not fit Bosma Maks. Price includes shipping in the USA!
