It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the shipment prior to acceptance. If there is visible damage (i.e. Forklift punctures; shrink wrap is broken, torn, and cases are missing) then the customer must note the damage on the bill of lading. Customer will notify carrier of pending damage within 24 hours."
